PikkoBot Head Module Kit — Dual Nozzle

Build or upgrade an open-source desktop pick-and-place machine with a dual-nozzle head module designed for SMT assembly projects on machines built on the LumenPnP hardware platform, running OpenPnP.

This head module kit includes the core mechanical and pneumatic parts for a compact pick-and-place head: dual hollow-shaft stepper motors, linear sliders, nozzle adapters, JUKI-compatible nozzles, printed head parts, a Z-axis motor, and belt hardware.

Nozzle options

The standard head module includes two nozzles: 503 and 505.

The extra nozzle set includes 6 nozzles: 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, and 507. If purchased together with the head module, you'll receive 8 nozzles total — the 6 from the extra set plus the 2 (503 and 505) already included with the head module, giving you spare 503 and 505 nozzles in addition to the other four sizes.

• This is a head module kit for open-source pick-and-place machines built on the LumenPnP hardware platform, running OpenPnP.
• This is not a complete pick-and-place machine.
• Machine frame, motion system, controller, cameras, vacuum source, feeders, wiring, and software setup are not included unless listed separately.
• Some assembly, tuning, and OpenPnP configuration may be required.
