Shipping Policy

Where We Ship From

PikkoBot ships internationally from China. We ship worldwide — transit time depends on the shipping method and your destination.

Vertex 4 Machines

Handling time: 5–10 business days from order to ready-to-ship — we build, calibrate, and pack your unit in this window.

Shipping method:
- Air freight: 18–25 days in transit
- Sea freight: 28–45 days in transit (lower cost, longer timeline)

Estimated total time from order to delivery: roughly 23–35 days by air, or 33–55 days by sea, depending on our current build queue and your destination.

Duties and Taxes — DDP

Vertex 4 orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are prepaid and included in your order total — you will not be charged additional customs fees when your machine arrives.

DDP terms depend on local import regulations and may not be available for every country. If DDP isn't available for your destination, we'll contact you before shipping to confirm how duties will be handled.

Feeders, Parts, and Accessories

These ship separately from machines via consolidated international freight lines ("专线"/line-haul logistics). Depending on the carrier, route, and your destination country, you may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival — this varies by shipment and is not guaranteed to be included in your order total. If duties are charged, they are the customer's responsibility. Check your country's import requirements before ordering, or contact us at hello@pikkobot.com if you'd like an estimate for your specific location.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays

Build time, customs clearance, and freight transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs processing, holidays, or carrier capacity are outside our control. We'll update you if your order is running behind the estimated window.
