A JUKI-compatible nozzle set for pick-and-place machines built on the LumenPnP hardware platform, running OpenPnP. Use it to expand your nozzle range for smaller components or larger chip packages, or to keep spares on hand for maintenance.

This set includes 6 nozzles — 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, and 507 — covering a wider range of component sizes than the two nozzles (503 and 505) included with the standard dual-nozzle head module.

Compatibility notes

• This is a nozzle-only set. It does not include a head module, connecting rod, motor, or pneumatic fitting.
• If purchased together with the head module (which includes 503 and 505 by default), you'll end up with 8 nozzles total — spare 503 and 505 nozzles plus the other four sizes.
• Nozzles ship in black by default — black nozzles give more reliable vision recognition in OpenPnP's nozzle-tip calibration.
• Confirm nozzle compatibility with your specific head module or machine before ordering.
