PikkoBot AS2 Servo Feeder — 4-Pack

A 4-pack of AS2-style servo tape feeders for desktop pick-and-place machines built on the LumenPnP hardware platform, running OpenPnP. Choose the tape width you need, and select the 8 mm Starter Kit if this is your first feeder setup.

Built on the proven 0816-style feeder design and command set, this feeder drops directly onto machines built on the LumenPnP hardware platform without modification — no drilling, no custom brackets, no firmware hacks. The mechanical and electrical upgrades below address the two most common 0816 complaints: parts jumping at the cover-tape peel point, and fiddly tape loading.

The 8 mm feeder is the common starting point for small SMT parts — 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and small packages such as SOT-523 — when properly set up and tuned. Wider 12 mm, 16 mm, and 24 mm feeders are available as feeder-only 4-packs for users who already have compatible AS2 feeder electronics.

• Choose the 8 mm Starter Kit if this is your first AS2 feeder purchase and you need the required electronics.
• Choose a Feeder 4-Pack if you already have an FD_USB_HUB tool board and an AS_FCB_V1.0 control board with available channels.
• One AS_FCB_V1.0 control board supports up to 16 feeders.
• If your total setup will exceed 16 feeders, add another control board or contact us before ordering.
